Production mode is based on customer product. Workshop layout is set up according to product stream. Each kind of product is manufactured by respective production unit. Product group is set up by the people from Technical Dept., Quality and Production. Every product group is responsible for certain kind of product in order to ensure stable management. In this way, management personnels can be more dedicated to the research on product development.
